The River Witch is a custom jump scare animatronic designed specifically for swamp or laser water scenes. Appearing as a decayed half-body creature, she suddenly rises from what looks like dark, murky water, creating the illusion of something ancient awakening beneath the surface.



Using motorized lift animation, the witch violently emerges from a concealed position while laser and low-lying fog effects create the convincing appearance of water. As she rises, synchronized audio effects unleash a piercing scream or guttural curse, turning a quiet scenic moment into a sudden, memorable scare.
